This EUnetHTA 21 deliverable (D4.2) focusses on the scoping phase of the assessment. The objective of this deliverable is to develop a practical guideline for the development of PICO (Population (P), Intervention (I), Comparators (C) and Outcomes (O)) question(s); The impact of original study’s statistical analyses plan vs. PICO on evidence assessment in HTA report; How to reach a suitable presentation of the data in the JCA/CA report.
